Using DOODLE5

• You must meet the minimum age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (typically 13–18 depending on country). If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.
• Your account is personal and non-transferable. Do not sell, share, or give your account to another person.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your login credentials secure.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our House Rules or these terms.

The store and purchases

• Store purchases (such as the Ad-Free Hints bundle) are one-time payments processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• Purchased items (themes, backgrounds, features) are licenses tied to your account — they are not transferable, resalable, or redeemable for cash.
• All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes where required by law.
• Purchases are final except where required by consumer protection law in your region. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@doodle5.com within 14 days.
• Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in account suspension.

Advertising

• DOODLE5 displays advertisements via Google AdSense. Some hints require watching a short rewarded ad unless you have purchased the Ad-Free Hints bundle.
• We do not control the content of third-party advertisements. If you encounter an inappropriate ad, you can report it directly to Google.
• Ad targeting preferences can be managed via your Cookie Policy settings.

Content and usernames

• You grant DOODLE5 a limited licence to display your username and score on public leaderboards.
• Usernames must comply with our Community Guidelines. Offensive or hateful usernames will be forcibly reset.
• We may monitor activity to enforce our House Rules and keep the community safe.
• We may update, suspend, or discontinue features or services to maintain quality or comply with law. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.

Intellectual property

All DOODLE5 content — puzzles, artwork, software, branding, and design — is owned by or licensed to DOODLE5. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of DOODLE5 without explicit written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DOODLE5 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. If we are found liable for any claim, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific purchase involved, or $10 USD if no purchase was made.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of DOODLE5 after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email on your account. Last updated: March 2026.
