Using DOODLE5

• DOODLE5 is intended for people ages 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13.
• If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms on your behalf where local law requires it.
• Your account is personal and non-transferable. Do not sell, share, or give your account to another person.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your login credentials secure.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our House Rules or these terms.

The store and purchases

• Website purchases are processed securely by Stripe. Digital purchases made through the Google Play-distributed Android app are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not store payment card details.
• Purchased items (themes, backgrounds, features) are licenses tied to your account — they are not transferable, resalable, or redeemable for cash.
• All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes where required by law.
• Purchases are final except where required by consumer protection law in your region. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@doodle5.com within 14 days.
• Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in account suspension.

Advertising

• DOODLE5 displays advertisements via Google AdSense. Purchasing the Ad-Free + Dollar Green Bundle removes advertisements from the site for your account, on every device you sign in on. Advertisements are never shown while you are solving a puzzle.
• If we offer an optional rewarded ad in future — for example, to unlock a hint — watching it will always be your choice, and never a condition of playing.
• We do not control the content of third-party advertisements. If you encounter an inappropriate ad, you can report it directly to Google.
• Ad targeting preferences can be managed via your Cookie Policy settings.

Content and display names

• DOODLE5 does not offer player-to-player messaging, comments, discussion boards, profile biographies, or shared player content.
• Your display name is the only content you supply that other players see. It must be 3–24 ASCII letters and numbers, must comply with our Community Guidelines, and may not imitate DOODLE5, our staff, or a system account. Offensive or hateful names are rejected when set and will be forcibly reset if one slips through.
• You grant DOODLE5 a limited licence to display your display name, chosen profile picture and score on public leaderboards and profiles.
• Profile pictures are selected from a library DOODLE5 provides and remain DOODLE5 content.
• We may monitor activity to enforce our House Rules and keep the community safe.
• We may update, suspend, or discontinue features or services to maintain quality or comply with law. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.

Intellectual property

All DOODLE5 content — puzzles, artwork, software, branding, and design — is owned by or licensed to DOODLE5. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of DOODLE5 without explicit written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DOODLE5 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. If we are found liable for any claim, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific purchase involved, or $10 USD if no purchase was made.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of DOODLE5 after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email on your account. Last updated: August 22, 2026.
