• Be a good teammate—avoid intentional disconnects, throwing, or griefing.

Account security

• Protect your login credentials; never share passwords or verification codes.
• Enabling multi-factor authentication keeps your rewards and progress safe.
• Accounts involved in fraud, chargebacks, or resale may be suspended.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to mute, restrict matchmaking, or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Appeals can be submitted through our support queue with any relevant evidence.
