- Include screenshots, match IDs, and timestamps for gameplay problems.
- For billing questions, attach receipts or transaction IDs so we can verify quickly.
Response times
Most tickets receive a first reply within 24–48 hours. Safety concerns and payment issues are triaged first.
While you wait
- Do not create multiple tickets for the same issue; it slows down the queue.
- Keep your account secure and avoid sharing login details with anyone claiming to be staff.
- Check the House Rules for guidance on fair play while investigations are in progress.
