What to include
- Your DOODLE5 username and the email address on your account.
- A clear description of the issue — what happened, when, and what you expected.
- Screenshots if relevant (score discrepancies, error messages, offensive content).
- For billing issues: your Stripe transaction ID or the last 4 digits of the card charged.
Response times
We aim to reply within 1–3 business days. Safety concerns and billing issues are prioritised. Please send one message per issue — duplicate tickets slow things down for everyone.
